When Ads Attack!!

Switching between apps for even a moment bring up an ad. An auto playing video ad most of the time with audio automatically enabled. Its obnoxious. iBooks opens ePub files without any problems and I dont have a constant stream of BS, Ad-revenue pumping harassment.
